Wildlife Associates offers a variety of experiential Corporate Trainings that focus on team building, enhancing and developing new ways to communicate to increase productivity and heighten morale. Using living wildlife to promote learning and maintain motivation, Steve Karlin shares his insights and leads the group in exercises where they first learn to recognize and then how to work effectively with different archetypal personalities. Participants learn to appreciate the essential diversity of personalities and learning styles within their workplace.
As with natural systems and group dynamics found within animal societies, interdependencies within the group are strengthened through diversity. Through these trainings, communication skills will be improved and side-by-side group productivity enhanced. These team-building seminars are fun, exciting and effective!
Steve utilizes "Natural Systems Teaching," a highly specialized educational methodology that uses living wildlife within an experiential learning environment. It is based on results from cognitive studies on how humans learn and retain information in long-term memory.
